Inox Network Breakfast Meeting

Jan 2018

It’s the first Inox breakfast network event of 2018 & what better way than by starting the year with the ‘fundamentals’ to all of us – our health & wellbeing!!

Ollie Hart, Director at Peak Health Coaching Ltd is our guest speaker for this month; Ollie is going to talk about Sheffield as a “Person Centred City”, the advantages for business, the NHS, and the city as a whole from a populace that is healthy & develops its wellbeing.

Ollie has a huge pedigree to discuss these targets too:

GP partner at Sloan Medical Centre

Clinical lead for Sheffield CCG in Person Centred Care & Move More.

Health Coach Trainer

Radio Doctor for BBC Radio Sheffield

Global Health and Wellbeing Ambassador for Parkrun.

Our February Breakfast Meeting is now full, our next Network Breakfast Meeting will be held on March 29th. Check back at a later date for more info.

In all Ollie’s roles he believes in creating conditions for people to achieve the best health and wellbeing they are capable of; this involves a systematic approach to coaching, an individually tailored package according to individual capabilities & needs.

Ollie is sure to provide lots of topics for us all to conjure over at the start of the year – & more especially ways to maintain our health, diet & wellbeing going throughout the year.

As always we will provide a rich environment for healthy, positive & engaging networking along with a complimentary breakfast & the opportunity to discuss with us about bringing your future events to Inox, Halifax Hall Hotel, our new hotel – Jonas and all our facilities at The University of Sheffield.
