For the October Inox networking event we welcome Stuart Astill as our guest presenter. Stuart will present on ‘Understanding Performance: Seven Steps to Define & Achieve Success’ including our now customary interactive sessions, today revolving around our ‘Aims’.

Stuart creates innovative insight through strategy & evidence in the UK, EU and around the world. Stuart is an independent consultant, Chief Economist with a HR analytics scale-up, part-time academic, NED for a university innovation spin-off company and a former civil servant.

In Government he held various senior roles supporting social policy and employment interventions, he also led extensive work reforming the board to front-line performance measurement approach of DWP (including JobCentre Plus and the contact centre network) and he had lead responsibility for improving performance understanding.

Stuart works with businesses large & small, governments, international organisations and the third-sector, with clients ranging from the World Bank & UN through to multinationals such as Vodafone and also local start-ups. He is experienced in conceiving & supporting organisation and culture change as well as relationship and political management. He is an experienced speaker, trainer and coach on technical subjects, personal development and management/leadership skills.

Stuart has academic affiliation as Research Associate at the Public Policy Group of the LSE and has been visiting lecturer in the Department of Politics at the University of Sheffield and on the faculty at Sciences-Po, Paris.
