Book your table for an appetizing meal made using seasonally sourced ingredients, guests can choose from four delicious dishes per course, with the option of two or three courses available.

Basil spaetzle in saffron broth served
with red mullet, clams and muscles
Baby carrot and mung bean salad
with smoked lebneh and crispy pitta
Creamy Thai carrot and sweet potato soup

Pan fried pigeon breast
With wild mushrooms parsnip puree and a red wine emulsion

Seared fillet of pork
with caramelised apple mash, cauliflower puree, Swiss chard and a cider and mustard sauce
Ballantine of chicken wrapped in Parma ham
with asparagus, peas and French bean and a lemon thyme jus
Pan fried fillet of hake
with Mediterranean vegetable linguini watercress and parmesan crisp

with pilau rice and peshwari naan
