Paired with Baron D’Arignac Brut
A buttery and elegant sparkling wine from the South of France, it balances the creaminess of the brie with it’s effervescence and acidity.

WENSLEYDALE CHEESE SOUFFLE WITH POMEGRANATE AND WALNUTS
Paired with Kidia Sauvignon Blanc
A delightful and fresh Chilean sauvignon, with aromas of honeysuckle and lemongrass.

YORKSHIRE BLUE WITH CHARRED CHICORY SALAD
Paired with Willowglen Riesling
This wonderfully fruity Australian reisling has notes of rosewater and Turkish delight that brings the sharpness of the blue cheese to the fore.

LUXURY MAC AND CHEESE WITH ROASTED WILD MUSHROOM TRUFFLE
Paired with Saint Marc Merlot
This dark and rich garnet red is Southern in origin, but has distinct Right Bank flavours including thyme and pepper- perfect with the indulgence of the mac and cheese.

DARK CHOCOLATE AND MARASCHINO CHEESECAKE
Paired with Cockburns Finest Ruby Port
The sweet and powerful flavours that we associate with port are perfect for the rich and succulent maraschino cherries and cheesecake beneath.
