Four courses for just £21.00 per person, including bread and a free glass of fizz.

There will be a children’s menu available and alcohol free alternatives to the fizz, for those who want them.

To Start

Carrot and Coriander Soup

with lemon oil and a herb crouton

Chicken and Smoked Wensleydale Terrine

with pickled apple and toasted brioche

Warm Salad of Puy Lentil, Roast Heritage Carrot, Kale, and Butternut Squash

with maple syrup, lemon and whole grain mustard dressing

Cured Mackerel Fillet

with an apple, beetroot, and new potato salad

Main Course

Traditional Roast Beef

with Yorkshire pudding, rosemary roast potatoes, winter root vegetables and greens,

braised red cabbage, and gravy

Supreme of Chicken

with fondant potato, fine beans in parsley and garlic butter, pea purée, and Madeira jus

Sautéed Gnocchi

with wild mushrooms, chargrilled artichokes and shallots, roast beetroot,

and warm tomato and rosemary salsa

Fillet of Salmon

with crab cake, buttered leeks, and bisque
