Following the success of last year’s event, Inox will be hosting this night with a difference, bringing you the latest in molecular cuisine, a contemporary style of cooking that uses science and technical innovations. Also called multi-sensory cooking, modernist cuisine or experimental cuisine, you will be in for an exciting night and some culinary magic with a live demo using liquid nitrogen plus our six course tasting menu.
